Rich is amazing! I have severe ulcerative colitis. Went to a surgeon who gave me a colonoscopy and basically read me my last rites. I needed desperately to get into a good gastroenterologist, but couldn't get in because of a receptionist. I go see Rich, he reads my blood work like a fricken pro, tells me a billion times more info than the surgeon and calls the gastro that I'm trying to get into and verbally assaults the receptionist until she gave me an appointment. Nobody better than Rich!
