I can't believe how amazing Miko is at his job! I mean, I can—but also, I can't. Just wow. He is such a skilled listener, effortlessly attuned to what I’m thinking, even when I struggle to find the words. His ability to frame and reframe things is nothing short of artful—so insightful, honest, thorough, and deeply considerate. Every session leaves me feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded. I came into therapy as a skeptic, but working with Miko has completely changed my perspective. If I once doubted the value of therapy, I now see therapists as incredibly wise and supportive friends—except with professional training and the perfect amount of guidance. Even in phone sessions, he somehow picks up on exactly what I’m trying to say (even when I’m not saying it) and reflects it back in a way that is both simple and profound.
