The initial day of the eye examination was great. It went downhill from there on. They never called to tell me my eyewear was ready. When they did come back they were all wrong and had to be sent back. The staff is horrible. They acted like I owed them something and like they were doing me a favor. Also I had paid for everything up front. They act like they have a chip on there shoulders. Is it a BEXLEY thing. I do NOT recommend. Its NOT the Dr. Its his staff.
