I did a phone consult, which the "Dr" (not a doctor) spoke over me and didn't listen, but read from a script. Trusting the process anyway, I made the appointment, which was to be FREE. Receptionist comes back on the phone and says "bring a check for $1,200" and I said I thought the first consultation was free, she laughed and said the d"doctor" was mistaken.... okay, let's make the appointment. I wait a long month, in pain, then show up to find out the "doctor" went to Costa Rica and was not available. I asked if another doctor was available, she said no. I explained that I drove over 75 minutes each way, with hopes of finding some help. She said, "we can make another appointment". No apology, so concern, nothing. I'm never going back, they are fake doctors (chiropractors), unprofessional and unapologetic. Don't waste your time, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This was for seeing Richard Striano and his receptionist was clueless and probably new on the job

This was an educational process. The doctor took the time to educate me as a patient. He described my condition as well as the procedure. Every step of the way I have had follow ups and for two years I have been pain free. No invasive surgery PPR and Lipogems is the way to go.

Dr. Striano has treated me for a tibial plateau fracture with soft tissue damage as well as a sprained ankle and a strained elbow. He takes the time to listen, is compassionate and is extremely knowledgeable. I received both PRP and Lipogems procedures, which have been instrumental in my recovery. I used to have sever pain in my left shoulder that I could barely move my arm. They started me off with gel injections and physical therapy, my pain went from an excruciating 10 to a 2-3. Today I came to get treated for my lower back pain which just after the steroid injections that were given to me lowered my pain from an 8 to a 6. Overall they listen to my problems and super kind !

Very smart never felt rushed and very knowledgeable

Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had injections in my knees and shoulder to try to regrow the cushioning. The needles did not tickle, but hopefully they will be worth it. The staff was very responsive to any issues I had.

I feel warmly welcomed starting as I interact with the front desk. I am told to take my time doing the paperwork. All my aches are noted as blood was being drawn. Excellent spinal adjustment to prepare as I moved to get my prp shots that were really mild today. I'm so glad that all of my pain and discomforts were addressed. I leave the treatment center looking forward to the next visit's same comforting attention like coming home to where I am nourished.
