After a recent visit to this place of business, I must leave a comment. Dr. Billings has recently sold out to a firm that has no interest in customer service. The office is disorganized and new employees care less about your needs. I will not be returning.

Dr Billings reviewed my eye history, evaluated my condition and together we found new contacts that more adequately meet my needs. He is patient, talented and willing to go through the trial and error of finding the best product. Irene also takes good care of me....

I never write reviews, but I read them all the time. I had such a good experience at my appointment today that I figured I must share. From the moment I called the office, the staff was helpful... they even got me in on the same day since I was having eye pain. I was a bit nervous for my appointment but with Dr. Billings calm demeanor he put me at ease. He makes you feel so comfortable, answers all of your questions, doesn't rush through the appointment. I'm so glad I contacted his office.
