My recent interaction with this man was miserable. He was cocky, rude, condescending, and had no bedside manner. He offered unsolicited advice about something completely unrelated to why I was at the urgent care center, and got offended when I asked him to keep his advice to my injury alone. He tried to force me to sign a document by saying it's a legal requirement. I refused and researched his claims - he lied to me to bully me into doing what he wanted me to do. I'm disgusted that this man is allowed to interact with the public.
