Clearly, I should have visited this page before enduring an appointment with this person. The reviewer who used the title 'disrespectful' nailed it. The last thing people with mental health challenges need is ADDITIONAL roadblocks, and that's all Frost seems capable of providing. Our appointment felt adversarial, and I intuited that he believed himself superior to me. That's my first time sensing that from a medical provider in six decades on Earth. Frost also canceled one of my prescriptions, something I'd taken for 20 years, without bothering to tell me. When I tried to reach him via Christus's web portal, he ignored me. I had to go to the office in person, desperate, to get answers from a receptionist.Christus would be wise to pay some mind to this problem 'doctor.' My experience with this person was so godawful, I'll never use Christus again for anything. I can't trust an entity that associates itself with this level of incompetence.

This person combines the immaturity of a very young man with the inelastic thinking of a very old one. He diagnoses patients very quickly, then is unable to deviate from that diagnosis regardless of any additional information he receives. If you send him a message, expect it take a week or longer for him to send a minimal-effort response. He really seems to resent being a psychiatrist, as though the profession were a punishment inflicted upon him.

Makes counter diagnosis after seeing patient 10 minutes, even tho adult patient has already has been properly diagnosed. He loves drawing charts on a board but doesn’t listen.
