Dr Robert Hoy was too professional, no personality and no empathy. He gave me a prescription for cream, told me to put it on twice a day but didn’t even say what it was for or the purpose of the cream. After giving me bad news he asked if I had any questions. How could I have questions so quickly after hearing bad news? After I left and thought about it I did have questions that needed answering (but it was too late). He just rushed me out of there. I don’t recommend Dr Robert Hoy.
