Exceptional Eyecare
Dr. Kelly has been my Optometrist for over 10 years. He is a trusted member of my Ochsner Healthcare team. I am always impressed by his professionalism and attention to details when treating my unique vision challenges. During my most recent visit he suggested a change to my contact lens prescriptions allowing me to divest from reading glasses altogether. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking eyecare. Thank you Dr. Kelly.

I was very dissatisfied with my visit to Dr Kelly. I felt very rushed and condescended to. After asking about my eye problems, he brushed off my answers. I found out that part of my eye problems are a result of my cataract surgery and was given no possible treatment suggestions. My eyesight is worse now than before my surgery. After telling him that it is affecting my eyesight, he wrote in my after visit summary that it is not. I have not been dissatisfied with a doctor at Ochsner for over 35 years until now. I requested that someone call me regarding this visit and have not yet received a call.

Dr Kelly appeared confused with the equipment, flustered with his staff and could not find a record of my previous visits. Suggested to me new contacts but did not follow up as promised. Could not answer my questions. I do not recommend him.

Rudest Dr. I have met in 64 years, being partially mobile, i was told that it would be 20 minutes before he would come in, Because of my spinal cord injury it helps and relieves the pain to elevate them a bit, Ithen used his chair to put my legs up assuring not to put my shoes on it. When he opened the door, i reached with my arms to remove it and he pulled the chair and the other leg fell, I felt i needed to explain the situation and he didn't even take the time, HE WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN
