didn't give details on post-patient sheet on what exactly the changes were that we had discussed.
didn't send right prescription. pharmacist had to call twice to get proper 'script sent. STILL neglected to even send one script over.
asked for a 'fasting blood sugar' for the next appointment. I've not had anyone want to do one of those in close to 20 years.
