I was unable to walk more that 10-15 steps at a time. I was dragging my right leg behind me when i walked. When I called the office Dr Ruano actually got on the phone with me. He worked me into the schedule the same day, reviewed my MRI and began treatment. The DRX9000 is a traction device that began 2 fix my 2 herniated discs. After the first visit I was able to sleep, something I hadnt done in weeks. After the 3rd visit, I was a believer. I have relief and avoided surgery. He and his staff actually care. Shannon keeps everything running smoothly. I never have to wait, your appointment is 10am, you are seen at 10 am. This office is an hour from my house but I make the drive without complaint because the treatment is worth it. This type of care is hard to find, I wish he had a brother that is a dentist.

Everytime my back is out of place hard to breath and inhale and exhale, right then I call Dr Rob office to have appoint after the treatment feel better right away. Staff are great.??
