Dr. Spruance is the best eye doctor that I have had as he explains the different tests and results so that I can understand them. He is very patient and takes his time so I never feel rushed. At my last visit, I was sorry to hear that he would be retiring.
The only negative item is the wait time when I have a scheduled appointment. My last appointment was scheduled for 3:00 pm and I did not get out of the office until 5:00 pm. I realize that tests take time, but the waiting time between tests and getting to see the doctor is very long.

The initial exam was very thorough and informative.I did, however have to wait 40 minutes before I spoke with the scheduler. The scheduler was excellent and very good at her job.

Very good yearly exam. So many steps. Dr Spruance is so nice and makes you feel so comfortable. Definitely would recommend him.

It was a very professional staff. I was greeted at the front desk with friendly smiles. The staff took me into the exam room on time for my appointment. When I did my final eye exam with Dr. Spurgeon It was like an old fashion family doctor making sure that my eye exam was throughly done and I was taken care for the year.
