Dr. Stutman and his staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I liked the human interactions. However, the software that is used to announce the patients arrival is stupid. The day before I received an email asking me to answer questions about myself and identification info - all of which was extensive. Imagine my surprise when I had to enter the same info that I already had given the day before - consequently, I wasted a lot of time. This is obviously a programming oversight where systems need to communicate with each other!
