I would agree with all of the other rankings. He was proposed to me as "This is the guy that teaches the other GALs". In case you didn't notice, the system is broken and outdated. Why would you want to use the guy that advances the broken system? If you are a father, do not agree to use his services. Expensive, misleading and biased towards mothers.

I have worked with my psychologists and would definitely not recommend this one. A report he wrote for us was not only poorly written, but also filled with inaccuracies, typos, and missing critical information.

So far my experience with Dr. Zibbell has been poor. He neglected a major provision of his responsobilities and it took the intervention of our lawyers to remind him of what he had explicitly agreed to do. Our daughters oversight and issue management suffered as a result, not to mention causing a waste of time and unnecessary personal anguish.

Dangerous man. Makes no eye contact. Clearly has issue with men. Feels all children should live 100% with mother. Appears to be Very corrupt GAL - totally bought off by lawyer. Makes Most unprofessional person I have ever met. Should not be allowed to practice.
