Dr. Zitter was incredibly kind and helpful to me and I am not even one of his patients! I had called him to see if I could set up an initial appointment with him as a new patient. He called me back very promptly and spent a good 10-15 minutes on the phone with me trying to help me with my situation. He also called my family doctor for me as well in order to try to help with what was going on. He was genuine and attentive and spent this time on me even though he couldn't bill for it.
