will never go back
I would give 0 stars if I could. My sons glasses broke in October, we took them in to get the warranty replacment since he had only had them a couple of weeks. It took over 2 months for us to get the new glasses. Even with calling weekly for updates. they did not even order the new glasses until the end of Nov. We pulled our scrips and will not go back.

Horrible - Do not waste your money
Have glasses that are totally worthless?? Had an exam and picked up glasses the next day. Brought them back that afternoon because I can not see with them. Everything is blurry and out of focus. At first they could not find me in there system and asked if I had an exam somewhere else. I was there less than 24 hours before. Then they said prescription is fine we will have to send glasses that I have already paid for somewhere and will contact you in a few weeks. 5 weeks later I called and they said oh yeah your glasses are here. Tried them on and said I still can't see with these. The 'lady' helping me points to a huge sign hanging from the ceiling and said can you read that sign. Then your glasses are fine. Seriously?!?Would never recommend to anyone. They should be ashamed for calling themselves eye doctors!!

Nice Staff but Excessively Overpriced Eyeglasses
They were very nice. I picked out a pair of frames approved by SoonerCare. They were single vision with bifocals (not designer, name brand frames). When they got stolen, I went to see how much it would cost to replace them. Nearly $500!!!!! I learned I could have went somewhere else for much less. I have Medicare Medicaid by the way.

Fast and Professional
Changed eye doctors recently and made an appointment at the Harvard location. I was able to be scheduled within the week and the office visit was pleasant with almost no wait time. The doctor was professional and answered all my questions.

Seriously the worse place to get glasses. I thought I'd try it out because of the prices. I guess I'll go elsewhere where the type of contacts I ordered matter. If you want good customer service. This is most definitely not the place to come. They make it clear you as a customer are not a priority. I noticed this when I came for my exam. It was reaffirmed when I tried to pick up my contacts and they told me it was my fault the girl ordered the wrong ones. Seriously, I can only tell her what I want. I can't type it in for her. This was the most awful experience. I will make sure none of my friends or family are lured to Tulsa in the hopes of good eye wear for low prices. Maybe it will keep them from wasting a Tuesday to only recieve disappointing news and treatment.

No employees were wearing masks. I did not feel they were taking covid and our safety seriously. I will not be back.

I am not and was not happy with my Dr. Zollner experience. I had to get a new prescription because I was losing my vision insurance, so this was one my last options. I had to get a quick appointment, so that I could get new glasses. When I went in, I had to wait. Went in for my exam, he made me feel like I didn't which one was better, 1 or 2, 3 or 4. Then I had to wait again, picked glasses that I thought was in my insurance range...wrong! Then all five hundred extra charges that I was slapped with. My insurance apparently didn't cover what they covered at my old eye doctor (he retired, that's the only reason that I went there). I was waiting to see what my final charge was, because I know what was covered and my cost was elsewhere. It wasn't nothing like this. I was out of pocket $200, way more then what I normally paid. I wore the glasses for about 2 weeks, I was experiencing migraines, nausea and very irritable. So I bought these glasses that are brand new that I have collecting dus

I went in with a check for eye exam two lenses tent and triple bi focal the check was from a reputable organization in Tulsa that helps unfortunate people I called ahead for pricing and approval After I handed them the check I was told they do not take checks but will make an exception Afterward I was told the office had no way to confirm if the check had been cashed I had to confirm the check had been cashed I am a big customer service feen whom ever trained the staff on phone evacuate needs to be retrained themselves For placing one on eternal hold or nit answering questions with accurate information is not expectable The office manager is who saved this deal for when I finally received my new glasses there was no tent I spoke to her to resolve this issue and she stayed in contact with me she listened to my issue and she ordered new lenses and resolved my issue thank you How ever plz retrain your office staff on customer service Mary Dye

Not good. Staff does not care & treats you as if you are a nuisance to even be there. Warning: Go anywhere but here.

I have been going Dr Zoellner's for over 5 years now. My latest appointment there was great. I took both of my parents to get new glasses and contacts. The staff was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. We needed to get a couple of new pairs of glasses for my dad, and the doctor and optician helped us figure out what kind of lenses we needed to Hernandez that would also fit inside our budget. Becky was the optician that helped us and she did a great job of explaining things.

I have used this place 3 times and all 3 times they have had long waits and overpriced merchandise. I practically had to beg for an eyeglass prescription, I then had to wait to have them measure my pupillary distance after I had to wait in the waiting room, wait in the room for the doctor, and wait for a contact lens fitter to be available. I wanted to try 2 different brands of daily contacts (I usually use monthlies) but they would only let me try one brand, "patients get confused" when they ha

I am not going back to this facility. Being a new patient, I would have expected them to introduce themselves or even say hello. I got nothing of the sort. The staff were not really rude, but they were not friendly either. I had asked for a dilation on the form about it, and they did not do the dilation during the exam. It was only after I said something before checkout that I got the dilation. Even after the second time of being seen, I do not feel like the exam was complete.
