Saw her for panic and anxiety and she taught me breathing and how to relax my body. Got websites to learn this too. Way better than addictive pills.

Has taught me more than other doctors, I appreciate when they explain what is going on and do their best to care about you. I will come back to her.

Robin read my MRI and helped me understand my problem with patience and knowledge of the issues found. Together we discussed the seriousness and how to proceed in the best way for me. I appreciated her bedside manner and her straightforward way of direction to help me understand. I realize this was a tele-health, not in person and the misunderstandings that can happen due to this, but Robin was kind and spent a good amount of time with me to make sure I felt taken care of for the next steps I must now take.

This PA was the best provider Ive ever been to. She didn’t give me antibiotics that I wanted and instead taught me all about how to handle my horrible cold symptoms with some over the counter medicines and when to call her back just in case I did need antibiotics in another week. Her treatments worked! The Best! No yucky antibiotics. Appreciate you Robin!

Robin Dale provided excellent service in addressing my issue. She listened and asked questions to help define what was going on. We had a discussion on treatment options to help my issue that actually helped! She was knowledgeable and I could tell she actually cared. I would highly recommend her.

She shamed me and lectured me. The visit was awful and I went away from it really irritated! I would not chose her ever again.

Not helpful and extremely rude. My wife called to talk to a professional about possible thrush. Ms Dale said that adults can't get thrush (they can). My wife and I are both nurses and have had at least a couple of adult patients with thrush. Because my wife is overweight Ms Dale immediately began diabetic teaching. My wife is not diabetic. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. Jumping to conclusions and misinformation are never ok. I have friends and co-workers who are NPs and PAs but they would never do what this health provider has done.

She gave me the most impractical help. I was having chronic joint pain a month after giving birth and she told me I needed 10 hours of sleep a night....with a newborn...... she said that was all I could do to help it and that I should just ask a family member to watch the baby at night a couple nights a week. Never mind that if I wasn’t feeding the baby I would have to pump in the night or my boobs would explode, but it’s my job and my desire to care for my baby. I can’t just have my mom do it. That’s no solution. She also called me the wrong name the whole time which is ironic because my name is also Robbin. Absolutely awful advice that wasn’t helpful and she acted like she was a hero for telling it to me. Be wary that she won’t give you multiple options so you can find what works for you. She’ll assume you agree with her point of view.

Dr. Dale was very professional and efficient. I connected with her through Intermountain Connect Care and after reviewing my answers and learning my symptoms, she knew right away what problem I had and what I should do to get better. Excellent service!

We called in while on vacation to connect care and she asked if we were in Utah. I responded no that we were on vacation. She replied "I don't have a license in your state, just click this button to see someone else" and disconnected the call before we even had a chance to answer a question. Absolutely awful bedside manner!
