I was a patient of Robins for about 4 months. When I met her the first thing she said to me was she was going to manage ALL of my specialty referrals. She never did except one. I went to her several times all with good experiences, or so I thought. I was always respectful. She asked me to send an email to her with updates as to information from other providers which I did for her. I knew she only had 15 min with me. One day she told me she was surprised as management had asked her to take on another physician' practice and she no longer had time to spend time she needed with patients. My sister was with me. My sister responded I am sure they will get a new doc. To which Robin responded NO as UT has financial problems. This concerned me and I told Robin this as I was coming up on 3 surgeriers. I have this message in writing and her response was everyone knows of their financial issues as they are a STATE organization. I am certain Memorial would have aissue with this rational

I called Mrs. Hardwicke's office to request a letter stating my health issues and any recommendations for accomodations due to Covid-19. Our union suggested requesting these letters from our healthcare providers to protect us in the event we are required to do things at work that could put us teachers in harm's way during this pandemic. I received a call back from her nurse, Nekesha, stating Mrs. Hardwicke is not writing any letters right now due to Covid because, and I quote, "everyone is at the same level of risk." I am considered high risk according to the CDC and working with 400 children and staff at school is dangerous. The nurse said she would tell Mrs. Hardwicke and call me the following day. I just received a call and according to the nurse, Mrs. Hardwicke is not writing any letters for Covid because it can be considered fraud. What?? A letter explaining my health conditions and her recommendations (if any) for accomodations is considered fraud?? I will be reporting this.

I am a new patient. Dr. Hardwicke is competent and knowledgeable, however each time that I am inside of the office I feel as if the patient-to-provider experience is very rushed. I get it, she has to be in and out as it relates to revenue generation, but where is the line? Seems as if my questions were brushed off and there was no attempt on her end to build rapport. It is imperative that the relationship between provider and patient be a good one. Would recommend putting the patient first.
