Robin Hong, PA

Robin was a great provider. He put me right at ease, explained everything very well. He was the best. When I went to leave the office, I asked to have a copy of my labs. Unfortunately, they gave me a copy of my check-in stats, which didn't do me any good at all. I don't sign into the online program because I don't like the privacy policies, and I would have liked to have gotten my labs as I requested and not a synopsis of my weight and temperature at the time. So that was the only drawback. Other than that, everyone was courteous, and I appreciated it.

Robin Hong was caring, professional and he made an uncomfortable healthcare situation comfortable.

I was a little surprised that I was not seeing Dr. Yafi, but Robin Hong was fine. The problem is that I was not prepared for him so I forgot to tell him that the prescriptions should be for 90 days instead of 30 days. Dr. Yafi knew that, but did not tell that to Robin. If I had been more prepared, I think I would have told him.

The staff are always nice.

It's very good... I am lucky and feel secure when I come to UCI for medical examination and treatment.

That they can discussed you next appointment before generating the appointment with out your consent, she had to change the appointment 2 time to come up with a date that better for me . she just came into the room with an appointment date and time that did not work with my schedule

Everything is great. The office is great and the doctor and his staff are amazing. My only complaint is that you cannot call the office directly. You have to go to the UCI switchboard Which is a total pain in the butt

Horrible experience. took 4 months to sched first visit; Nurse forgot to order several blood test doctor wanted; Nurse forgot to order medication for sonogram test; no one has ever reviewed any tests with me even though some are out of range; clinical coordinator was out sick and no one even let me know before my 45 minute commute and was supposed to contact me several weeks avo and never has.

PA Hong was terrific. He was professional, courteous and helpful. Very well done!

The most amazing health facility I have ever stayed at. Not a single bad note.

The Doctor is way too busy.. a two months wait just to be seen again, to just evaluate bloodwork, is ridiculous !

Robin was very easy to speak with and provided me with a complete definition of how my treatment plan would progress. I would highly recommend him!

Everyone was great. My two critiques would be as follows. First, the post op appointment front office staff was not particularly friendly. Second, the details on where to go for surgery were not clear in the appointment reminder or pre appointment call. Otherwise, super happy w medical staff and Dr Yafi and team. Thanks!
