Terrible customer service. I arrived 20 minutes early for an 11am appointment on a Saturday, having filled out all necessary new patient forms online in advance as requested. The reception staff were disorganized and unhelpful, and I was told to shop around the store until Dr. jewel was ready to see me. I waited for over an hour, without any proactive communication from the receptionists, who were presumably preoccupied with playing solitaire. We left without the eye exam and without any expression of concern from the staff.
