Wonderful provider experience!
Ms/nurse/dr Galvin was personable, caring, and was easy to talk to. I found it very easy to talk to her; she did not make me feel like I was bothering her with medical concerns. She has set the bar high for medical providers…give me more of this kind of interaction when not feeling well. I told her I had a great experience; however, because I had to get blood drawn I would have to reduce her “rating” of care from a 10 to an 8… we had a good laugh. I truly appreciated her attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism to help he get my health back on track.
