Nice staff. Nice Doctor. However my wife called and asked them to provide insurance with information for three months. Called them twice a week for three months and they did not respond back to us. Not sure why they are balking at giving the records after accepting over $9000 from the insurance company. We have threatened them with everything we can. Still nothing.
