He is amazing. He spends all the time you need explaining everything in detail. He listens to all your concerns and keeps the other children with you if any involved in the visit. He gives you his number to call him personally if you have any questions. He is excellent and gentle with the children as well as the parents. He will remember you forever well after you are grown up as he remembers all my grown family members that he treated as children. He truly goes above and beyond.
