Ron has been my provider for years and I've always felt that I was in great hands. He told me what I needed to hear, but gently. If he wasn't moving so far away, I'd be following him. I met one of his classmates once, and even he said Ron was top in his class and the nicest guy ever. Even after all these years, he still makes me feel comfortable. He's just the BEST!

Everything went well with my visit with Ron Deas. But I went in for a physical visit and they’re still trying to charge me for a personal visit in with Aetna my physical visit is free no co-pay I’ve been trying to get this taken care of for over a month and nobody can seem to do it or figure it out in your office or with your billing office you’re not gonna get paid for that visit

Ron Diaz used to be one of the friendliest providers. He used to bring his computer and chair in to the room and go over meds and all other aspects of my health., smiling all the while. The last two visits have been terrible and I get filled with anxiety when an appointment time is nearing. On the last two visits he walks into the room and bluntly says “what can I do for you” and remains standing and looking down at me. He also used to see me every 3 months and now puts me out to 6 months away. I’m cancelling my next appointment and hope to build a good relationship with another provider somewhere else.

Front office inefficient. Provided someone else’s forms to me. They couldn’t provide me copies of lab work when requested. Waited 10 minutes for a copy, then told they couldn’t provide me a copy. A copy was to be mailed and I am still waiting. As far as Rob Diaz, I think he should make an attempt to listen to people’s hearts and lungs to make sure everything is good. I would never recommend him!

Ron Diaz is good about making sure that his patients are handling meds to benefit their need his nurse is wonderful she's very pleasant and caring. I know Ron is only a NP but I still consider him my Dr. The staff in the front office I don't have much to say they are not pleasent. One thing I have notice since moving to Tucson the majority of the front office staff are not pleasent they lack social skills on how to treat client or patients. They're rude (they don't care).

I would agree with most of these reviews. It can sometimes take awhile for someone to answer. Though I have only had that happened to me maybe twice in 2 years. Front desk staff, I have NOT had issues with. There is a particular assistant there who I Just ABSOLUTELY DREAD! She is rude with her facial expressions if my BP is ever high, even though we are still trying to figure out the right BP mg for me. My husband and I both always secretly hope she is not there when we come. With that said,

Ron is an excellent physician who cares about my health first. He is very careful not to over-prescribe medications. I extremely appreciate this especially in the current state of the healthcare profession where doctors are pressured to prescribe medications to their patients. Ron is always looking for other ways to resolve my health issues. He is professional and has excellent hands on experience from his previous work as an urgent care nurse and flight nurse.

The staff at Ronald Diaz's office is unprofessional and disrespectful. He is unavailable and inaccessible. I needed an urgent appt on a few occasions and his office did not schedule me an appt. This is the worse doctor's office I had ever been a patient of. When I call the phone just rings or goes to voicemail. When I've visited the office I always had to wait. I referred a friend and she was very dissatisfied as well. Very disappointed in how his office staff is allowed to treat their patients.
