Ronald Kubus, PA

I was expecting to see by Dr. Becker for this visit but was pleasantly surprised to be seen by Kubus. He was very informative, completed a thorough exam (which wasn't done at my first visit there at OMGtb) and corrected medications from a diasastrous ongoing 18 mo experience at Fl Ortho. I am starting from scratch but feel confident that Ronald Kubus has me headed in the right direction on my path to healing. The ONLY negative in this experience is the extremely long waits to get to a living body on the phone lines. Then only to be transferred and wait inordinate amounts of time again. Then to be disconnected by them dumping their phones to their answering service BEFORE close of business. And the answering service was so busy that I was only able to speak with someone once. While they were taking my information, they placed me on hold and never got back to me. I called 5 more times that afternoon/evening and never successfully spoke with a human being. Didn't ever get return call.
