I just call got the number from New York State ,, the receptionist very rude and no empathy,, that’s not the place to go

Your company is not straightforward the policy! They didn’t tell you all the details about the policy until they take your money and then want to explain other details about the policy. I have nothing nice to say about this company. They didn’t show any compassion or understanding just as long as they take your money! I’m very disgusted on how they did business!
