Ms. Palladino is simply the best. You know from the moment you meet her that you're not just a client but a friend, someone she cares about. She's helped my son in so many ways, not just during her business hours but made herself available anytime he needed help. She'd take time out of her busy schedule to reach out to him not just to follow up, but letting him know that she and those around him love and care about him. While my son is still "fighting the battle", her show of care has made a world of difference, not just in my son's but in my life as well. Thank you, Ronnamarie, for being who you are!
