Absolutely horrific this guy gave me medication that they give patients inside of a psych hospital!

I wish I could have paid him to stay away from me

I receive a bill from a debt collector for services from him for $1500. These services were not received. I never received a bill for from him before getting the paper from the debt collector. I left him because his was fed up with his services. Very bad experience. I suspect he is trying to take advantage of an 80 year old, somewhat wealthy lady, a fact I gave him in confidence.

If a negative star rating were available, we would give him a minus 5. He is indifferent, puts no effort into his sessions and makes no effort to show up on time. If at all. He speaks down to his patients. He is only in business because of the current shortage in mental healthcare. Bottom line, he is a nurse practitioner/perscriber that is in it for one reason: to make money. You're better off going to anyone else. Or speaking with your primary care doctor. Run. Run. Run away from this one as fast as you can!

He was fine. I am an adult who knows his diagnosis and wanted a transactional nature to maintaining my medications. I have another guy to yell at. He was cool. He knew the time and took care of business as needed. Would refer to adults.

I have never met a more unprofessional and ignorant psychiatric professional before. He has no care for his patients, does not bother responding to your concerns, and when you describe what you believe is going on with you, he has the need to degrade you. I understand there are protocols to follow, but he provides no options for a plan to get the correct treatment. It seems he is there for the money and prescribing absurdly expensive and unnecessary medications without disclosing what they are actually used for. All his Zoom sessions are done with him in bed. I understand the times are changing, but if you are a medical professional, maybe do not talk to your patients while you're in bed with your pajamas. It's utterly embarrassing and rude. Anyone considering treatment with this man, I highly recommend finding someone else. I am baffled at the fact he even has his license because he does not give any effort to connect with his patients or show an ounce of empathy.

It is unfair to even call this person a practitioner. They have the worst attitude, tone, approach and are the least helpful "professional" we have ever experienced. My stepson was looking for care and instead was treated awfully but this guy. He is literally the worst. Stay far away from him and Unitas in general.

This guy is the worst! Totally not understanding and not helpful. No compassion. Made picking up my medications very difficult. Didn't seem to care about how I was actually doing. Just gave me more stress.

Honest I didn’t think a child psychiatrist could help my daughter. But he was amazing got her to open up and showed me tools to bridge the parent kid adolescences gap that we have been having since she has been hitting puberty and finding herself. He has been great not only with her but with giving me supportive resources for myself. His professional manner and ability to get my daughter to open up and become comfortable with herself makes me extremely happy. He has some great methods and takes his time. Never did I feel like he did Not care for her emotionally well being. He took in my considerations and also spoke up for her about things I never knew were an issues. My daughter and I have grown closer because of his services. I strongly recommend him to parents looking to reach their children and are will to do the work with their children. He made me see it’s not all on my daughter.

Hello, ***PLEASE READ*** I typically do not write reviews but after my experience with Roosevelt Lewis I felt inclined to write one. I noticed there were some very negative reviews about his service and I have a very hard time believing these to be true. Roosevelt is a thoughtful and kind hearted clinician and I can tell he treats everyone he comes across fairly and with respect. It is wonderful to see a black i man in a position such as this and doing such an excellent job. We need more people like this. I really felt like my voice was being heard and that he actually cared. I have had a difficult time trying to find a GREAT provider and now that I have, I plan on not letting go. For anyone that is looking for someone that is intelligent (with common sense to boot), patient and cares about how they serve others then please consider Mr. Lewis.

He’s great and actually listens and gives great feedback. I’ve never had a better Provider.

If there was a no star option he would get that from me. Absolutely horrible prescriber. It was my first experience with a prescriber. He seems so nice on the first visit - you don’t even realize how rude he is being. He prescribed my kid something that made them gain 25 pounds in a little over a month. He was unsupportive. Definitely If you go to him or researching him - don’t walk run away. Really worst medical person I ever met.

Worst experience I've ever had with a mental health professional. He seems soft spoken, but is unbelievable rude and belligerent. How can someone be allowed to treat their patients this way?!

Don't see this guy. It's all about him. He doesn't properly listen to your experiences, he only pays attention to his own judgement of the situation. He was super eager to diagnose me with stuff I don't even suffer from. Beware!

My son trying to be weened off a drug and my wife and son were 10 minutes late he refused to see them. If anything happens to my son I will own his practice. Stay away from him!!

Started out okay so I trusted him which was a huge mistake. I followed his advice which ruined my life. Run don’t walk away from Roosevelt Lewis.
