The office staff we're very helpful, the nurse very serious and rush. The people in the office are very kind and help me in every way with a smile, the practitioner is very friendly but knows the instruments without washing their hands, and the nurse is very serious and hurried, unfriendly.

The doctor literally took only 5 minutes to send an order for a mammogram because I had a lump in my chest. They couldn't make the appointment until January. If it's just a mammogram, why couldn't they just send me directly to Radiology, instead of the doctor sending an order that takes more time. I think the system used just prolongs something that could be dangerous, instead of treating it on time.

My prescription wasn't available at the pharmacy like they told me it would be. They didn't give me any paperwork when my appointment was over so that I could see the name of the doctor or NP that assisted me so that the pharmacy could make contact with the office and ask for the prescription that they supposedly had sent.
