Rosa Sanchez, LMHC

Ms. Sanchez is a very well trained professional in her field. When her client has a problem she helps you walk through the problem and find a working solution for it. She has helped me a lot since I started seeing her in January , her techniques, therapies and assistance has helped me to get where I am today.

When I was searching for a therapist, I chose Rosa Sanchez, who I like to call Rosy. She was what I was looking for in a therapist and I am so glad I found her. I wanted someone professional and very knowledgeable, someone who had years of experience in Psychological counseling, marriage, and being a mother. She was everything I needed to could guide and mentor me throughout the difficult decisions I had to make these past few months. Rosy comes from a family of mental health professionals. She is a very caring listener, and very knowledgeable in her field. Rosy is also very helpful when it comes to planning and gathering resources for your life goals. Often, I forget she is my therapist and it's like I am talking to my friend. Also, she is that friend that will remind you to keep focused on your primary objectives when you are procrastinating on them. She keeps you motivated. I am very thankful to have her and I plan on keeping her. :)

Rosy has forever changed my outlook on the benefits of relationship counseling. To say that I was hesitant to the idea of seeking relationship therapy is a gross understatement. I took the recommendation of a friend and have never looked back. Rosy has been a beacon of light and hope for me, during a time that I was all out of answers. An amazing therapist!

She is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I felt from the beginning that she understood and knew how to help. I felt confident that she would do just that and I was not wrong. Quite frankly I would not go now to anyone else.
