I waited in the room for almost 45 min before I went to see why the delay. She rushed in, apologized but did not explain the delay. She was not prepared for my visit. She answered questions in a non confident manner. She was not even aware of the results of an outside physician I was requested to visit. After I'd left she rushed out to give me my blood results by handing me the print out sheet. One value is in question but she did not even (see it?? or) address it so now I have to call her

She was respectful. I would recommend her. She genuinely seemed like she wanted to help me. Some doctors or nurses just want to get you in and out the fast they can because the overbooked appointments.
