Trauma informed?
She started going on at length about how the system has failed trauma patients, but included a lot of really triggering details about specifically what happened. I didn't even know we were going to talk about that, and she didn't seem to hear me trying to stop her repeatedly. I felt like I was with someone who didn't know how to talk about trauma.
