Face to face, Roselyne was pleasant and supportive. Unfortunately, her responsiveness and organization are underdeveloped.
Roselyne continually scheduled appointments that were past the end dates for my medications. The final time she rescheduled my appointment for five days past the end date of a very important medication that I take every day - which means she was either negligent to the fact or simply didn’t care that I would go through withdrawals for those five days.
When I messaged them about this problem they did not respond. They simply disappeared without a word. I had to scramble to establish care with another provider and I still went a few days in withdrawal.
If you take any type of powerful, daily medications that MUST BE filled on time every month, I would not recommend Roselyne.
