You get what you pay for
One of my children is seeing her and likes her but I've noticed he rarely gets his whole hour in, she is often late, rescheduling, or completely blows off his appointment. That's just perfect for his feelings of not being wanted or worthy, right? He has gained about 30-40 lbs since beginning with Rose. That's her work with his inadequacies. He rarely tells her about the problems at home or if he does, it's just glossing over and Rose doesn't get into it with him... so she can HELP. I have the feeling it's laziness. I believe she truly just doesn't care. He doesn't want to try someone better, so we're stuck.
