She is extremely knowledgeable, and has a great rapport with patients. She's very thorough about explaining things, she takes plenty of time to listen to any concerns, and allows the patient to participate in their in a very healthy way.

I love coming to Shannie. I always feel welcome in her office. Her bedside manner is the best I have ever had. Her willingness to explain what she’s doing and taking the time with her patients is amazing. I always leave her office feeling like I know exactly what’s going and a rock solid plan for treatment. What I love most about Shannie is you can tell she truly cares. She doesn’t rush the visits. Allows you to explain your symptoms and looks you in the eye while your doing it.

I see Roshann each time I visit. I've had some problems with other staff there in the past, but she is awesome. She is like that favorite aunt you can tell all your problems to, supportive and knowledgeable.
