Throughout the entire experience at Dr. Clement’s office felt like they cared and gave great depth to the analysis taken. Took every detail into account and made a proper diagnosis and stated their findings in a letter that was needed in order to further my career. I highly recommend their office for anyone that needs to have a professional look into their health history or ongoing problems. They took great care and I felt comfortable and relaxed in their setting. I’d put a star on their board if they were a student in my class. Thank you again, take care. Medical letters needed to join the military, and a tests to determine your capacity. I highly recommend this practice.

I like how easy it is to communicate with this practice. Other practices have not been as easy to set up dates for appointments but Dr. Clements was able to set up appointments for me as soon as possible. The staff there are also super friendly and has made my experience at Clements & Associates an enjoyable one.

Dr. Clements was late to every appointment. Cancelled at the last minute a few times. Also, difficult to reach by phone. However, during our sessions shoe did help with my grief. So I am pleased with the result. But I would not have been able to achieve this result if my work was not so flexible to allow me to take time off.

Dr. Clements was very nice and did my evaluation in a timely manner. I was pleased with her work in my case.

Dr. Clements has been extremely helpful in helping me find out how my son is doing academically (how he learns) and what I need to do in the future to help him, improve his grades in school and in general life. Dr Clements is very kind, easy to talk to and the staff is nice as well.

We've seen her 4 times. It was supposed to be 6 visits by now but she cancelled twice. After today, we feel that warning people about her is a must. She is a horrible, disrespectful, nasty person. Their has to be some mistake, she cannot really be a psychologist. Shes supposed to listen and answer questions but instead she just keeps talking. When you ask her a question she acts as if she didnt hear you. Then after a while it becomes obvious that she doesnt care. Its all about billing your insurance company, thats all. Additionally, Clements repeats the same questions over and over with no progress. She says, oh you need a certain test, lets set it up for your next appointment. Next appointment comes and theirs no test just the same questions. Then she goes on to say, oh you need a certain test. On and on it goes. Its all about billing the insurance. Take my advice and go somewhere else. We wasted 4 months on this lady dont make the same mistake.

My daughter needed to see a Psychologist to help with her socialization skills and to verbalize but we never saw Dr. Clements ever. We were told we would. When we went there for over a month she saw Tiffany and each visit was a session of having the same questions repeated. After her 4th visit we were told that her notes would be given to Dr. Clements and they would follow up with us in about 2-3wks. 8 weeks later I called to advise them we were still waiting on a follow up call, Aida answered and said Tiffany was sick that she would call us back, she didnt. A week later I called and got an answering service at 3pm on a Monday and they said they can take a message. I told them my daughter needed to see a Psychologist and Clements neglected her. I am now searching for another Psychologist that will be happy to help us.

I was seen at the South Orlando branch of Clements & Associates Counselor Tiffani for a post traumatic event this year. She helped me work through various issues regarding how I was dealing with the event. I will always be grateful for her assistance in this difficult time and for helping me overcome what happened to me.

My psychiatrist office recommended Dr. Clements. I'm very happy that they gave me her name. She has helped me immensely. In the past I've been to many therapists, but with Dr. Clements I have received more in-depth therapy and realizations from our sessions. I was a pile of anxiety and depression when I showed up on her doorstep a year and 3 months ago. Since then, she has helped me through some major issues and we continue to work together as I need support. She is someone I can trust and respe

Today I went to her office to obtain my results and discuss a plan. My appt was at 10 a.m. At 11 a.m the asssitant brought me back to a lap top to review my results and mentioned Dr.Clements is on her way and running late to the office. They couldn't tell me this when I walked in at 10? Very unorganized office and lack of consideration for her patient's time! I asked them to mail my report then walked out of the office. I would always wait 1 Hr. To see her. She always late to the office!!

At first Dr. Clements seemed like a great therapist. On my second appt she had a family emergency, which I understand, so I saw the assistant. I originally went to her, because 5 months ago I had my thyroid removed due to thyroid cancer. I was on an emotional roller coaster and learning to live wth the thyroid replacement hormones and anxiety meds. I told her this when I saw her. They put me through a series of text and all I needed was someone to talk to. Every appt she just wasn't available.
