Wait times are beyond reasonable. Doctors at this clinic rush you out and receive full payment, although quality service is poor.

I was very ill in January, and Roxie was so thorough with testing and really did a great job with follow up too. I felt very comfortable with her.

I established with Roxie in February of 2020 and had multiple issues with her. On the day of the appointment she was running behind, I had the first appointment of the day. She entered the room just shy of 60 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and was very thorough in her exam and diagnostics but mentioned that she often falls asleep charting. After agreeing on next steps she left the room and labs were drawn. I approached the desk for take home labs and was told that she was sorry she forgot to order them but would do it right then. I was handed a package with no orders. I followed up 2 days later with the office as I had not received the email notice for the order, I was again told she had forgot and would do it then. I completed and sent the lab. 6 weeks later I again followed up and was told she no longer works at the provider and there was no record of labs ordered. I would not see her again, she is scattered and fails in charting and basic job duties.

She is the best!!! Her care is professional but caring and personal! She always takes the time to address any and all issues! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert care!!!

Spends time to address needs, concerns, answer questions, and provides genuine care. So much of that is lost with time constraints put on providers. Roxie truly cares, listens to, and helps me develop my healthcare needs and goals, which lessens my anxiety, improves my health outcomes and overall quality of life. Thank you!!!

I love this practice, from the staff to the providers, they give exceptional care with service of years past. They build personal connections with their patients and they care about the outcome of each patient not the bottomline. Sure, one needs money to run any business but in healthcare today it helps so much to have respect for your patient too. Thank you for all the great care you all have given me.

Roxie Anderson has been my primary for a long time. I don’t know of any other Doctor as good/knowledgeable as Roxie. I would recommend Roxie for anyone who needs medical care. You will be glad to see someone who really care about patient as Roxie.
