Ruhami Valentin, MS

When I first went to Ruhami, I was going through a very anxious and uncertain time in my life. I needed help getting myself back together so I took the initiative and found someone I could trust. Therapy can be hard at first but Ruhami always made me feel seen and heard. At times, I even felt nurtured. Ruhami helped me pick myself back up. She helped me develop the tools I needed to confront my own internal struggles. Ruhami is a wonderful counsler and my experience with her was profound. It was a defining point in my life and with her guidance and tools, I was able to grow from a young man, to a Man. I'm very grateful for my experience with her and I'm sure any of her present and future clients will be too.

She can easily touch the root of discussion and she begins to find solutions that may work right away. I appreciate her time and efforts and if I can recommend her to anyone, I WOULD!
