Cancelled my 95yo grandfathers appointment 45 min
0 stars... The time and effort it takes to get someone who is 95 yo ready and in a car is harder than a newborn. She is the only audiologists at the VA and cancelled my grandfather's 1pm appointment at 12:15. No other doctor to take on additional appointments. The rep who called was pointless and could provide no other solutions. No option provided to reschedule and they have his hearing aids held hostage.. The VA is beyond awful to our veterans.

Didn't listen to my concerns and brushed off my questions. Was criticizing other audiologists during appointment. Not genuine and doesn't know what she is doing. Would not recommend.
