I will NEVER go here or recommend. I had an initial consultation, I had 2 abscessed teeth that needed pulling. The earliest apt was 5 weeks. Ok, I accepted that. He gave me 2 choices, to be put under or use the Nitrous oxide at my apt. I said I can not be put under, I live alone and no family. They said no problem, that's why they offer the Nitrous oxide. For 5 weeks ,I dealt with pain of 2 abscessed teeth, eating a ton of Ibuprofen. 2 days before my apt, my face swelled on my right side from the tooth. I showed up at my apt and was told there was no apt. I showed the paper work that showed my apt time. The front desk spoke with Dr Koanado, and he refused to treat me if I don't go under!! I was so shocked and in pain I wanted to cry! Why didn't they tell me this 5 weeks ago and why offer Nitrous oxide if your going to refuse me treatment! He "referred" me to a dentist in Eugene and their next apt was in 4 weeks! I did find an amazing dentist that took me in the next day.
