Was assigned to him when my doctor changed roles. At the time of my appointment, the telehealth link wouldn't work. When I called the office, Kunz refused to speak with me - said I had to speak with a doctor, not a PA. The office then fobbed me off to another location to find my own replacement. No complaint with office staff - what was she to do? Kunz, however, acted completely unprofessionally. If he did not want to serve as my health care provider, he should have had the courtesy to cancel my appointment before the appointment date and provide me with other options.

Holding care hostage pending I only do exactly what he thinks even if it's going to ruin my career and physically cannot do it. Sure great until you ask him to do anything or understand anything personal. Better I get 0000 help and struggle on my own than compromise for a real plan that would function for an adult with a job.

Ryan is very professional, compassionate and thorough. He takes time to talk to you and get a sense for how you're doing, and from there he talks about potential options for medications. He always emphasizes the importance of chiming in if you feel uncomfortable with something (ie. a med change), which makes me feel more free to express the feelings that I have regarding my treatment.
