Mr. Lupin was so patient and caring with my mom. She was unable to hear much of what we said and started isolating herself from conversations. Mr. Lupin worked with us and when we left I couldn't believe how well she heard! We are able to talk to her again.

I was not able to explain how the last test was wrong. I could not have my test set right for the high frequency hearing aid.
