Dr. Ryan Racette, OD

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Racette he was very helpful and really took his time with my Eye exam. I am looking forward to my follow up visit with the Doctor.

I highly recommended Dr. Ryan Racette! I went for my yearly eye exam and during the exam he notified that my Optic Nerve was swollen after an in-depth exam to be absolutely sure this was the correct finding. As he continued to ask me questions regarding certain symptoms that usually appear with this finding. For me I had no symptoms; no reoccurring headaches, no floaters, no pain, along with no ringing in my ears. So for me I have no idea how long I have had this for because I have had no signs or symptoms surrounding the finding. He referred me to go get seen at Mass Eye and Ear Emergency Department for further assessment. While I was there I found out that I need to be followed up with a neuro-ophthalmologist for a condition called Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension. Thanks to Dr. Ryan Racettes’ thorough eye examination I was able to get diagnosed and treated properly! So I highly recommend making an appointment with him!

Excellent! Personable, and knowledgeable. Was disappointed he left the practice, but discovered he will be opening his own practice soon. I will wait to schedule with him
