Ryan Rust, PA-C

I rarely if ever do this! However, in this case with Mr Ryan Rust I felt compelled to give well deserved kudos. Ryan recently gave me cortisone injections in both thumbs that unfortunately flaired. Both my hands Were experiencing horrendous pain! Ryan happened to see a KP. ORG message to my primary Doc and took it upon himself to reach out to me between patients. As a result I felt so incredibly valued and heard such genuine empathy over the phone. He offered some suggestions to help with the pain I had not thought about and it worked so well. I managed several hundred staff during my employment as a executive and would have given anything to have just a handful of folks that took the time to show how much they valued their customers. You cannot teach pride in the workplace either you have it or you don’t. Ryan certainly lives with a attitude of having a customer/patient first focus.
