He will not follow up to give you blood results we keep calling to get the results amd get no response

Ryan actually cared to look deeper into my concerns and help me fix what was truly going on with my health.

I needed a med card signed, after waiting 10 or so minutes I was ushered into an exam room, i waited another half hour while Westbroek slowly made his way through his over booked rounds. I had things to do and as stated earlier and only needed a card signed which would take maybe ten minutes top, i suppose I expressed some impatience when i finally got to see the good Doctor and he called me something to the effect neurotic.The appointment ended and I proceeded to leave but was. Allen back by the receptionist who said I owed another $50, I asked why and was told I just owed more.Needless to say, I won't be back.This is the second time I have submitted this review, hopefully it won't be deleted this time,

Ryan is amazing and actually cares about his patients. His office staff is great and friendly when you walk in. It is refreshing to feel cared about!

Ryan is hands down the best Family Practice Provider I have ever meet. He listens to you. I mean actually listens. He wants to help his patients not dictate their care to them. So he pushes you to learn about your conditions so you and him together can manage it.

You are not just a head count to move through Ryan takes the time to understand your concerns.

Ryan is an amazing caregiver! I was referred by my one of my close friends and have been seeing him for a couple years now. Since then I have referred my husband, my family and other friends who feel the same way. He takes time to listen to your concerns and needs and is always open and honest about any care you receive. He is one of a kind and I am so glad to be under his care.

We LOVE Ryan. I used to work at Ogden Clinic in their business office a few years ago and would swing over to the Skyline Clinic for urgent care services. That’s how I got to know Ryan and I’m so glad I did! He’s remembered me and my child and shown us the most quality care EVERYTIME we go in or call. His MA’s go out of their way to make my daughter comfortable when she has to get shots. When my daughter was little, she had a hard time breathing and the ENT I took her to see told me she had a “medium” sized adenoid and would grow into it. Well, she didn’t. Ryan took one look and referred me to a different ENT. 2 months later it was out and the ENT said it was the largest he’d seen in a 2 year old and was glad we were able to get it out. Ryan LISTENS to you and he trusts his gut. For this reason, I’ve made it a point to drive out of my way to continue to come see him specifically (>25 minutes). I won’t take my daughter to see anyone else and he’s definitely my preferred provider.

Ryan is excellent at his profession. He listens carefully, and is incredibly adept at understanding. I cannot recommend him enough.

Ryan is fine. His admin stuff isn't. Don't bother using the online appointment feature as it doesn't actually make an appointment.

I have always been a huge singer of Ryan's praises. He listens to your concerns and takes time to explain why he is taking the tests or giving the medications he gives. This last appointment I had, I was put in his superhero exam room which is fitting because to me he is a superhero. I chose my health plan based on the fact that I could chose Ryan as my provider over all other considerations.

I have been seeing Ryan now for years, he is the only one that listens and treats my like a human being. When other doctors blew me off he was there to help. He is the best doctor I have had. I trust his judgements and referrals. He is like family.

Best experience I've ever had. He listens and actually helps to fix whatever it is you're being seen for instead of guessing and prescribing Meds. He's extremely easy to talk to as well, I will definitely be seeing him again
