The PA was professional but seemed more interested in selling me on full body scans for cancer other than treatment for the scalp condition which I sought treatment for. The first treatment was barely effective and when I asked what was the next treatment I was told nothing. Never explained why but again told me to book an appointment for a full body scan. I don’t think so.

The PA was awesome. Has great bedside manners and knowledgeable. My 4yr dtr felt very comfortable. The NA was also very friendly and helpful. However the front desk lady attitude sticks. She never greets us when we came in and continued to do whatever she was doing and after she was done just ask “what’s the name”. She is in the wrong field and needs to find another profession where there is no interaction with customers because clearly her attitude is not customer centric. My daughter’s pediatrician office staff gave the same review about her when they called. I can’t remember her name but she has mentioned that she has been doing this line of work for a long time. Unfortunately this is the only location at AD that sees 4 year olds but I will be considering other options if her attitude continues.

Called got the same day appointment(thank You) I had a skin rash on both arms and belly, the doctor said she was going to call in two prescription one for my arms and one for my belly. They only called in one for my belly. I hope there going to call in the other one.
