I was extremely happy with my interactions with Sabrina Gerster. Sabrina was confident and knowledgeable and answered ALL my questions with professional expertise. I felt in good hands with Sabrina being my Nurse Practitioner for the next Five Years. Sabrina's examine was very good and she asked if I wanted my Fluid Pocket drained. I was totally on board to get it drained. Sabrina assured me I would not have any pain. 100% right. She drained the pocket and I had immediate relief. I am truly thankful to have such a great Nurse take care of me!

Polite but does not care about patients’ issues like she should. I have been in many time for the same issues and she continues to suggest the same things that have not worked. She does not listen to concerns and seems to brush them off. If she is unsure what to do, she should refer to someone more experienced. Some of the office staff are rude as well both in person and on the phone.
