Dr. Razi performed a careful exam, listened to my concerns and took great care of my vision needs. She is the greatest.

Unprofessional and not helpful
On 10-11-24 I returned to try different contacts or go ahead and order the Dailles. I was told by a young lady that Dr. Razi is refusing to see me because they can’t do anything to satisfy me and she is refusing to write a prescription for my contacts! Very rude and unprofessional! I requested to see a manager and was told by Sunny the manager is not here and Dr Razi wants me to see another doctor!! Dr. Razi never came in and spoke with me!! Which was rude, unprofessional, and not customer oriented!I paid my money and have not received a quality product!! I have never been treated this way ever!! She told the young lady to tell me I can wear reading glasses this is unacceptable because I don’t like glasses that’s why I wear contact lenses! When I tried to just order the Daillies lenses they didn’t even show up in my chart!! I don’t know what type of service is being offered to the customers but Dr. Razi is the worst doctor ever. I feel like I was treated this way because I am black!

Dr Razi is the Best!
Dr Razi has been treating me for 15 years. She is a truly caring physician. She knows my particular conditions so well that she was recently able to assist my GP in establishing the extra-long tapering schedule that I require to withdraw from a high dosage of prednisone. I have complete trust in her care.

Professional and thorough
The entire experience, from the ease of scheduling an appointment through the exam, was pleasant. Dee, the technician assigned to me, patiently answered my questions. The doctor performed a thorough evaluation and provided me with necessary information for my ongoing care. The entire team gets my praise.

This person needs to find a different profession
Sadaf Razi ElHaffar, is absolutely the most incompetent so called doctor, that states in her bio that she is a 'specialist' at Key Whitman. She requested that I see a specialist (out of her own mouth, admitting she apparently is not one herself) because I told her that I don't take my medication in the evening, and I said that lOP lowering does not help slow progression of Glaucoma. These so called doctors need to do more reading and research about how to truly help people out, and that is at the mitochondrial level to support the RGC's health, and prevent them from dying. Research NAD, Pyruvate, and GSH molecules, along with fasting, diet, and exercise are the keys to having healthy eyes. And avoid this …person at all costs, she will want you to take medications that don't work and do more harm; not to mention all the needless surgeries she may have performed or recommended. BE WARNED, stay away. This person needs to be terminated by Jeffery Key-Whitman!

Knowledgeable Staff, Well Equipped
Key-Whitman is an excellent place to get an eye exam. They have the right equipment to test your eyes in house so you're not driving from one location to another for testing. The staff is friendly and do their jobs well. The counter staff members are very helpful with insurance matters. Dr. Razi has been my optometrist for several years now. She's always pleasant and I believe very knowledgeable. I recommend Dr. Razi and Key-Whitman Plano.

Key-Whitman Eye Center Dr Razi
I did not get to see Dr Razi but I was very satisfied with the young lady that did look at my eyes. They always are timely and do take time to examine and explain your condition. I highly recommend their services.

Never saw Dr. Razi at our appointment
I had returned to Key-Witman eye center as may refraction and the glass made from the refraction prescription didn't seem right. I was told I could return to see Dr. Razi for a second refraction. Instead, a male employee - he never identified his qualifications - did my refraction. Four times during the encounter, he left the room to get advice - as I could hear him talking to someone outside the door with questions. Perhaps that was Dr. Ravi.Dr. Razi may be a great optometrist, but it was inappropriate that I didn't see her, she didn't verify her ?subordinate's work, and yet signed my new refraction prescription.
