OK, so I'm not a big "chiropractic" believer. Worse, I heard if you start, they keep you forever. NOT with Dr. Safina. I could not believe the pain relief!!! She is a miracle worker! I could not do much of anything without pain! My neck and back were in extreme pain. Dr. Safina review the x-rays with me and planned my treatment. After just a few weeks, I was back to my full range of motion. I slept better, felt better, and was able to exercise, camp, bike...and all the activities I had previously enjoyed, without any pain. I don't know what I would have done without her! Thank you Dr. Safina.
