Telehealth
I meet with Safiya weekly. She helps me deal with my emotionally disturbed son by encouraging me to carve out time for myself and helping me see the situation more clearly, especially after a traumatic episode. Safiya has a nurturing and calming way about her that is especially comforting during moments of distress. I highly recommend her.
